May 29, 2026

Trener Robotics took home the Industry Startup Forum 2026 Award at Advanced Factories in Barcelona, recognized among Europe's most disruptive startups transforming the future of industrial automation. The award celebrates startups making a measurable impact in the areas of advanced manufacturing, smart factory technology, and Industry 4.0. Jacob Pascual Pape, VP of Sales, Vincent Chavy, Director of Marketing, and Pablo Perez, Director of Product, accepted the award on behalf of the company.

Recognition of Real-World Impact

"This award is an important recognition of the real-world value of Acteris and what we are building at Trener Robotics," says Vincent Chavy, Director of Marketing. "It is also especially meaningful as we begin expanding into the Spanish market, making this a great way to start that journey."

Advanced Factories 2026

Advanced Factories serves as a strategic meeting point for over 420 industry experts, bringing together leaders in automation, robotics, additive manufacturing, and Industry 4.0. This year's edition centered on driving competitiveness through intelligent and flexible automation systems, with a particular focus on real-world industrial deployments and scalable solutions.

Trener Robotics demonstrated Acteris live at the Universal Robots booth, giving attendees a first-hand look at how Physical AI is transforming CNC machine tending. The demonstration showcased how manufacturers can create new production jobs in under 2 minutes, run machines unattended between changeovers, and operate robots through a simple conversational interface without specialist programming knowledge.
